We have lush white carpet that takes a hit with little ones around. Last year Craig did such a great job that we made sure to call him again this year. He is conscientious, quick and kind. Most of all, our carpet is back to beautiful. Highly recommend and plan to ask him back again next time.

Craig does good work at reasonable rates and he is super flexible with his times. Always willing to take on a job regardless of how big or small it is and is incredibly knowledgeable with different types of flooring and can give reasonably accurate estimates over the phone for how much carpet cleaning will come out too.

Mr Herbert cleaned my tile and my carpet. Was unsure of what to expect from years of abuse and dirt from the kids, but to my amazement.. after Craig was done both my carpet and tile grout lines were amazing. He was on time and diligent in his work. I highly recommend mr Herbert.

I called Craig late on a Friday afternoon and he was able to schedule me the next day, Saturday. He was even able to come earlier than scheduled! He was professional, friendly, thorough with attention to spots and what treatment was best for me. His price was what he said it would be on the phone. He gave me options that I could add or not. He did a great job on the carpet and my sofa and even threw in some extras. I really appreciated the great job he did. I would highly recommend him over any other big companies that have salesmen first before carpet cleaners.

Our house has a lot of tile. Craig was very upfront about what he could do and how much it would run. The difference was amazing and the cost far less than I would have gotten thru the 'chain' cleaning stores. I ended up also having him do the carpet we do have in a couple bedrooms and they turned out just as well. I would highly recommend him and his work to anyone.
